Users must read the general terms and conditions of purchase available on this website, being the owner of the site, Mediterranea Activewear, SL (hereinafter,"Mediterranea") exonerated of responsibility for ignorance of them by the user. The user must accept these particular conditions to be able to buy the products.


These purchase conditions are applicable to all Mediterranea brand products that have been made through the website www.wearemediterranea.com (hereinafter"website").

By placing an order, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Orders can only be made to purchase merchandise without the intention of reselling. Any resale or distribution of the products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by a client with whom there may be a difference/controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the client is violating any of the specified purchase conditions or is participating in any criminal activity.

As a user, you are obliged to communicate to Mediterranea all the data necessary for accessing and using the services of this website. These must be truthful and current and you agree that we may use them to contact you if necessary.

It is essential that you provide all the information that we classify as mandatory, since otherwise we will not be able to process your order. We will not be responsible in any case for possible delays or failures in delivery as a result of the error or omission of this data.

The user must make appropriate use of the services included on the website, always in accordance with the legal system and will not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with its operation.


We will establish all reasonable mechanisms at our disposal to ensure that your personal data is kept securely at all times. However, you agree that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as secure against access by unauthorized recipients and you cannot hold us responsible for any security breach unless it is due to our negligence.

Likewise, you must adopt the necessary security measures, both personal and material, to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and notify us immediately of the loss, misplacement, theft, or illegitimate access to your username and password, as well as as its knowledge by third parties.


All the products offered on this website are sold directly by Mediterranea.


In order to make a purchase, the Customer must select the product and its corresponding size. Afterwards, you must select the desired quantity of units and add it to the cart by clicking on"Add to cart". Once the product selection is complete, you must access the cart and finalize your purchase. To formalize your order, that is, your purchase, you must enter the email, select the type of shipment and the delivery address and enter your payment method. When the order is confirmed, the Client will receive the confirmation of his order in the email account provided.

If you are placing an order with us for the first time, you will optionally be asked to register by entering your email address and a password with which you can create and access your account.

In the case of a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email and password and the system will recognize your data.


All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of stock or the unavailability of the products.

Consult the selection of items available for sale through the website, since not all items that we can offer in our stores or that may appear in catalogs, websites or other types of presentations are available for this type of sale.

If a product is not available once the order has been placed, you will be informed as soon as possible by email or by phone and the order will be cancelled.

The order can only be modified or cancelled if the item has not entered the dispatch phase from our warehouses.


In all cases the prices are expressed in Euros. The prices do not include the shipping costs of the products. These expenses are detailed in the payment process and must be accepted by the user at the time of order.

The prices of the products offered through the website are subject to VAT. Any charge or tax arising from a shipment outside of Spain will be the responsibility of the customer.

Prices can be changed at any time. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of order registration.


The Client may make the payment of the total amount of the order, including shipping costs, if any, through the following means of payment:Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.


Deliveries will only be made in the countries specified in the Shipping section. No shipments are made to PO boxes or remote locations. Shipments are only made on weekdays.

The price of the shipping costs will appear detailed in the summary of the order on the web made by the Client before proceeding to the payment, and is detailed in the Shipping section.

Deliveries will be made within the period indicated in the Shipping section. It is possible that this period can be extended without, in any case, exceeding the period of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order. Orders are processed once payment is received.

We ask Clients to verify that the delivered products are in perfect condition at the time of delivery of the order by the carrier, and that the delivered products correspond to the order placed. In the event that you detect that the products are damaged or do not correspond to the order placed, please proceed to reject the order.

If the transport company does not manage to deliver the package twice in a row, the package will be returned to Mediterranea or it will be delivered to the closest collection point and they will be notified via email of the impossibility of delivery.

Any charge or tax arising from a shipment outside of Spain will be the responsibility of the customer.


The Client will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days (hereinafter"withdrawal period") from the date of delivery of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must indicate to Mediterranea, within the withdrawal period, his intention to withdraw from the contract, by sending an email to hello@wearemediterranea.com .

All items to be returned must be clean, unwashed, without stains, with the original labels and the original packaging of the purchase. The return costs will be borne by Mediterranea, except for the cases described in the Returns section.

We advise you to always ask for the shipping tracking number so that you can know the status of the shipment at all times. We are not responsible for shipments lost in the return.

Once we correctly receive the return, the customer will receive an email informing him of the refund made to the credit or debit card with which he made his purchase within a maximum period of 14 working days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the merchandise that is derived from a different use of the Product than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or operation of the merchandise.

Returns are not accepted on international shipments in which the customer has not accepted the payment of customs fees in his country of residence. Returns are not allowed for special promotions with more than a 20% discount.


Mediterranea is liable for the lack of conformity of the Products with the contract for a period of 2 years from the delivery of the Product in the terms established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.


If any part of these conditions of services is contrary to Law and, therefore, invalid, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with Law. The parties undertake to renegotiate those points of the service conditions that will be void and to incorporate them into the rest of the service conditions.


Mediterranea reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which these appear to be presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the user each time a purchase is made through the web.

Clients who are not satisfied with the modifications to the general conditions, must notify it and, from the date on which the new version comes into force, must stop using the services of the web.

In the event that some terms of the general conditions of sale are declared illegal or not enforceable by a judicial decision, the other provisions will remain in force.


These General Conditions of Sale, the relationship between the Client and Mediterranea, as well as any contract entered into between Mediterranea with the Client, are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any conflict that may arise between Mediterranea and the Clients who act as consumers, the Spanish Courts and Tribunals will be competent in the terms of what is established in article 52.3 of the Civil Procedure Law.
